as we arrived on first farwardin in tehran, left after breakfast via the mountains to the caspian sea!
there are several routes, but they are taking always the one passing mt. demavand, 5.679 m high, the highest mountain of iran!!!! we saw it from tehran and we saw it from juibar quite far, but not when we were passing beside it, even crossing the village with the same name.......



btw - the distance from tabriz to tehran is 6oo km
and the distance from tehran to juibar is about 3oo km.

oh, what a bad weather there around firouzkuh...

in the early afternoon we arrived in JUIBAR, where the parents of ipue's daughter-in-law are living. and we had another nice haft-sin, too - and finally with gold-fishes!!!!!!!!!!

...in MARYNKZ's family in tabriz and soon will leave for BAKU!
- wow, I'm so excited!!!

the new year is only 3 hours old, POSSY was going by bus together with ipue to tehran! here you can see the packed lunch we got in the bus!



I slept in ipue's photo-bag and when I got awake we entered tehran, as ipue told me, a very abandoned tehran, because it's holiday time!!!! her elder son was coming to the terminal to pick us up, and we had a great breakfast at his flat!

there was also a great haft-sin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


but how sad, when I entered the child's room... nobody there... because anita left before together with her other grandparents and we would meet them at the caspian seaside!!!

the moment of a temporary separation -
CROSSY will go together with a friend of ipue MARYNKZ to BAKU, rep. azerbaijan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and POSSY will go together with IPUENKTCHEN on their holday trip to north of IR!


and last but not least PAUL THE BACKPACKER is gone together with MISSLONDON on their holiday trip to south-east of IR!! so we'll have a lot of news during this holiday season in IRAN, and hopefully after being back one day we can meet each other all together!!!?!?!? it would be so great!!

so I went downstairs in our cellar rooms to look for the ancient toys of my two adult sons - what a treasure, lots of playmo.... and so I created a nice couple!!



then I made a lottery with a poll in german forum of a.m. postcrossing-site and it was dear EGNI from switzerland who got the *godaunt* of the sweeties as her *POSSY & CROSSY* got the highest votes!!
