hey, we - POSSY & CROSSY - were so happy: ipue.. brought us again to tehran, this time by a day-ride by car together with yashila_81 and lili_6789!!!!!!!! and we were catching snap-shots for *CLICK IN* jugendtreff gratwein, austria..

mr. mohsen moghaddam was the younger brother of mr. hassan moghaddam, who got the qajar mansion from his father, but died early and so mr. mohsen moghaddam was the new owner. he made his studies in painting, art history and archaeology in france, married to a french, selma, studied art and archaeology!! back to IR in 1936, he working at tehran university as the first educated professor in archaeology in IR and she as the director of the library of IR archaeology museum, and they had no children, and so he dedicated 1972 his home with all his collections to the tehran university!! he died in 1987 and she in 1990, when the mansion was taken over by the university and opened as a museum first phase in 2004.
the mansion is in a top situation as it has been all the time inhabited and the moghaddams had been busy all their live by embellishing and taking care for it!!!
the museum is situated in emam khomeini street, surrounded by an awful traffic near to tehran bazar, but such a paradise with its beautiful garden!!!
