yesterday 100th b-day of publisher axel springer!!!

BILD newspaper founded by axel springer in 1952 (when I was 5 y/o) was a really special newspaper and FORBIDDEN in our home!!!!!!!!
(like mickey mouse, like BRAVO youth magazine.... ;-(((( )

it was sold for years and years for 10 pfennig!!!! and when we went to school or at work in the morning there had been a crowd with the BILD-zeitung in their hands!!!!! reading it and got informed (and *educated*!!) by axel springer!!!!?! with its inflammatory language it had a huge influence in german politicians, too!! and for sure in its readers!!!!!
it was the first newspaper with its own *vending machines*.
