ABGOUSHT - the alltime favorit lunch of Mr. Ipue.. :-)))
pls stay tuned to see what I'm speaking of...... his favorit lunch he get happy whenever invited by our lovely daughter-in-law2 :-)))
who prepares this really masterly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this dish needs a lot of bouillon, as the experts met small pieces of the sangak bread into, which has to get wet, and they eat this first!


besides has to be fresh herbs and mixed pickles and sangak bread.


the stew itself by experts has to get smashed by a special masher.


and this is *my way* to eat abgousht - and only homemade pls!
