tabriz - the new bridge

just back home (ipue's home in tabriz) we'll show you here some impressions of our excellent trip.

we started the late afternoon at SAT 29th may by train from tabriz railway station, when POOR OLDIEOMA just in the very early morning arrived from VIENNA!!



first we had the train to tehran, arriving there around 8 AM on SUN 3oth may, having a great breakfast at ipue's son1's in western tehran.

the afternoon OOMA profited to admire again the NATIONAL JEWELLS in the treasure of the national bank of iran!

at 22.45 we started again from tehran railway station - another night in the train... arriving at esfahan's railway station at 6 AM on MON 31st may!





esfahan, what a beautiful city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first we went to see the world heritage site *MEIDANE EMAM* entering the emam square passing there some hours because there are so many things worth to see!!!












a very beautiful place to relax the 5-star-hotel abbasi, a former carvansary, during the fifties bought by an insurance and changed into this great hotel!

have you ever heard about the beautiful table clothes from esfahan???

first ipue brought us to see the design printing of the clothes, and next morning she brought us to the river to have a look at the hardest job of the table clothes washer!!!!!!! as well it was interesting, it was also sooooooooo hard......... poor guys........

she told us it will be her 12th time when she is going now with OLDIEOMA to esfahan!!!!!!!!!!

and this eve it will get true again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
finally we went TOGETHER to pick up her from the airport - baeeeeh!!!! POSSY, CROSSY, lili_6789 and ipuenktchen!!!!!

oldieoma now is in the air entering tabriz, and we'll have forty winks untill breakfast, and after we'll chat & chat & chat untill in the late afternoon we'll leave tabriz together to go on a walk... hehe..........

means when you had seen esfahan you had seen half of the world!!!!!!!!!

and we, POSSY & CROSSY, are hoping instantly, they will take us with them.......... :-)))))))))

if so... we'll jump in our train around 5 PM!!!!!!!!
arriving in TEHRAN, our first stop, around 8 AM.

btw.. FLAT STANLEY arrived too and will be with us!!
