31st march - we have the WINNER!!!!!!!

instead of a planned holiday trip, which was cancelled, we decided to have one day out - but what a day!!!!?! excellent weather, together with nice guests, and a rare very beloved destination... the urmia-lake via the peninsula islamic island.

unser lieblingsziel schon aus alten zeiten - der urmia-see, bei bestem wetter in alter schoenheit, wenn auch der erste teil der strecke ueber den damm zur halbinsel einem die grausame duerre vor augen fuehrt. in alten zeiten umspuelte das wasser den damm!!!! in der ferne, so weit man gucken konnte, damals alles rosa von tausenden von flamingos... heute nur salzablagerungen! und die menschen sind sooo sicher, dass sich da nix mehr bessert, dass nun sogar links und rechts vom damm viel gebaut wurde....
