we went there in the very early morning at 10 AM and it was quite calme..

nothing special but... the first sign from the charming old *modern tehran* from the sixties is the 16-storey PLASCO building as at its time the most tallest building and the first largest multiplex shopping center from tehran as well as the first steel-skeleton construction in IR by and iranian architect together with some foreign architects!!!! people enjoyed to go up to the roof top to get a panoramic view of the city. built at the beginning of the sixties. my hubby remembered well as he moved in the same year to germany.....
