russischer zupfkuchen

dough
150 g sugar
200 g butter
1 egg
400 g flour
1 backing powder
40 g cacao

padding
150 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
250 g butter
3 eggs
1 vanilla pudding
500 g joghurt (without the water!!)

2/3 of the kneaded dough met into the cake tin, then the padding, and the 1/3 dough twitch on it, pls!! 60 min into the oven!!!

apple cake

dough
250 g flour
100 g butter
50 g sugar powder
1 egg
1 white of egg

padding
1 kg apples
lemon juice
100 g raisin
75 g walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon starchflour

3/4 of the dough pls met into the cake tin and the padding on! after you make a grating of the 1/4 dough, the yellow of egg met on pls and put the cake for 50 min in the oven!
