today our guest from paris was so kind to make a *tarte* for us!!!!! yummyyyyyyyyyy... a *tarte de tomates et des herbes provencales*!!!!! I was more than happy to learn this and in the night I studied www.chefkoch.de for more recipes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully we'll often have *TARTES* in future!!!!!!!

history fact: 1st february or 12th bahman in the Iranian calendary is marking the anniversary of the return of the leader to Iran and the beginning of 10 days of dawn (Dahe-ye Fajr), which got successful with the victory of the Islamic Revolution at 11th february 1979 or 22nd bahman.



days ago when we went downtown with our guests from everywhere we heard the ancient charismatic revolution songs and ppl are remembering the olden times, now 35 years ago, when at 9 AM an aeroplane from air france arrived at tehran mehrabad airport and the pilot accompagned the leader at the staircase to reach IR after years in exil!!



der pilot der air-france-maschine von damals wird sich auch nicht traeumen lassen haben, dass er im IR jung geblieben ist und jahr fuer jahr wieder landesweit mit diesem historischen foddo gezeigt wird!!!?!
