Finally Handicraft as much as you like!!!_2
ipuenktchen, 07:24h
here you can see a chinese silk tissue, worked on with a kind of calligraphy!! the real brillant colours aren't in this pic.. :-((

these kind of stools I've often seen and like them a lot! it would be a nice addition to our home.... *smile*

also there had been traditional clothing like these masks from hormuzegan and other places..

there are also ppl who are able to restore the ancient traditional mansions from qajar era with their beautiful coloured glass windows!!

nearby to mashhad there had been lots of turquoise deposits, but during the last time less & less.....

and here one of the felt stands (D: filz, IR: namad), the only one who has from this ancient traditional kinds like mine.. and I missed also the beautiful things for using in hair dressing.. like I found years before.. what a pity...

as usual the beautiful birds from esfahan had been there, too.

among these 10 - 15 or more ceramics stands I found my personal highlight, too!!! the chess created by mrs. mohebbi (c), one of the ancient members of the azerbaijan pottery lovers association!!! well done, bravo!!!!!!!! she had the idea to made one team with the soldiers of alexander and the other team with the soldiers of dariush, and the chess board was an ancient map of iran!!! so beautiful!!!!

Finally Handicraft as much as you like!!!
ipuenktchen, 03:53h
today we reached the 6th national handicraft exhibition at the international fairground up on the hill outside of tabriz! I like a lot to go there, as it has always a special flair!!!!
we saw a lot of interesting things of all kind of iranian handicraft!!!!
first of all in the carpet hall we saw a stunning thing.. they made a series of more than one hundred photocarpets of persons of history.. as there had been among others our leader mr. khamenei, our president Mr. rohani, ataturk, lincoln, mossadegh, mao tsetung, the dalai lama.. and so on.. as well as sophia loren, liz taylor... oupssssssss...

this cute girl is just jumping out from our culture.. *smile*

carpet wool has been only demonstrated, but instruments for carpetmakers had been offered, too!

ey gosh, and there had been such a beautiful ancient carpet, sorry, the colours in the pic aren't the same as in reality!! a price written on of 3 millions, but not for sale.. even there had been customers offered 7 millions, but they didn't sold it!!!!!!

some of the *normally beautiful carpets and their details....

carpet and kelim while making..........

well, dear friends & followers!! this was the carpet section. pls stay tuned, so I can show you more pics of the handicraft section, too, perhaps tomorrow!!!!
