today we had a trip to macquairie, ryde shopping mall.
and in the eve the "shabe eyd"-norouz dinner "mahi polow' - ein traumessen am vorabend von norouz, nennt sich fisch mit reis, aaaaaaber was fuer ein reis!!?! mit frischen dicken bohnen, jede einzelne bohne ausgepult aus ihrer lederartigen schale u zusammen
mit reichlich dill mit dem reis gemischt u zusammen gedaempft auf persische art... ein GEDICHT!! der fisch haengt von den moeglichkeiten u der kunst der koechin ab, wir waren hin & weg!!!!!!!!!

Bitte googeln, ich hab schon viele Jahre immer wieder davon erzählt... (Vorabend des letzten MI des Jahres.....) Der Abend, an dem man über das feuer springt...

Had a nice Eve in a Persian Restaurant in Turramurra with nice Guys, great Dinner and Persian Live Music, and of course we jumped over the fire, too!!
