I have two favorite jam recipes, both are mixed!
One is yellow-orange colour, the other on is deep red..

1. Apples, Carrots, Quinces

2. Black Mulberries, Sour Cherries, Redcurrants, Black Cherries

Yesterday I made the second one again!!!

And today we used the new jam for a yummy Ice Cream!!!



And finally I made a series of Sour Cherries compote!

at a Line of 850 km beside the Caspian Sea had been added to the list of world heritage of unesco in 2019.. the history of these forests dates back to 25 - 50 mill. years ago. remarkable is also the amount of 44 % of flowers found in IR, although the region covers only 7 % of the country!! besides 180 different kind of birds and 58 mammal animals!!!!!!!

When I told my friends beside the Caspian Sea there are forests as beautiful as the famous Black Forest in my original Home Country, nobody could imagine.....
