son2 is a gourmet and really enjoy eating and cooking!!!!
in the opposite son1 would be ready to die hungry but no mood for cooking...

so when son1 was asking for cooking class with mom we did it in erbil, when he was finally completely tired of fast food and no food and so on.. but after he finished all food we kept in the freezer, his idea of cooking was gone............

son2 really really like good eating and good cooking at the same level!!! he started even during his studies living in shared flats.. also he was interested in baking, I remember we made even cheese cake, the favorite cake of son1 for his bday!!!!!!!!!!!! in the meantime forgotten to continue to learn and lately started again!!!!!

and we, his parents and family, are now his laboratory mice - heheheeee.... we love it!!!!!!!

his first experience was lately mashed potatoes and spinach with fried eggs. and next time the famous koefte tabrizi. he has really talent for even a celebrity chef!!!!! and we are so comfortable to profite of great dishes!!!!!!!!!! yeeeeeeeeeeeahhhhhh!!!!!

themenwechsel.... am 8. feb. 1964 begann die story, als ein fescher dunkler bursche (26) ein unschuldiges, schuechternes junges maedchen (16) kennenlernte.............

believe it, it was the day when son1 and me entered tab!!!!
means when we moved to IR 2 days before, ready to live in our 2nd
homeland with it's unlimited opportunities................

dazu eine kleine anekdote... in den 70-er jahren waren diese schaffellmaentel, wie sie hier manchmal von dorfleuten getragen wurden, im speziellen von schaefern, in DE mode u natuerlich - ich mit meinem alternativen geschmack schon damals, besass so einen u sohn1 ebenso!!!! ich glaub, die waren aus afghanistan.. u dann war die gesamte verwandtschaft auf dem flughafen versammelt uns abzuholen u diese *blamage*, wir in diesen maenteln.... kichergroelschenkelklopf.. da konnten sie sich schon ein bissel ausmalen, was auf sie zukam....

ich aber auch u wunderte mich ueber nix mehr, wenn sohn1 seine kurze lederhose im fruehjahr trug od im winter seine knielange... u wenn ich von der arbeit kam u ihn von der oma abholte, hatte er regelmaessig DIESE hosen nicht mehr an!!!!!

es war KLAR, dass ich keine schwie-to war, mit der man staat machen konnte... harhar... u das allereinzigste, was vllt noch beneidenswert war, mein blondiertes haar, liess ich mir in aller eile rauswachsen, in der irrigen annahme, dann weniger aufzufallen........

DAS waren kleinigkeiten bei unserm einleben hier... kicher..

oder sollte ich doch noch ein BUCH schreiben?? *gruebel*

my childhood... unfortunately born 2 years after WWII we never had money enough for a 4-persons-family.. and when LEGO got patented in 1958, Jan. 28, we could get only the small boxes with brickstones, 1 DM, or even a window for 10 or 15 or 20 pfennig.. or a door for 15 pfennig... we were so angry about, my sister and me.... while shopping with our mom, looking at the large boxes with complete houses and so on jalously.... poor kids..

but our own kids, born in 1970 and 1981, could even take a bath in LEGO... how lucky they had been... we used normally mostly second hand clothes for them, but all our money given for LEGO, Playmobil and FischerTechnik!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
